Prudential Locations Purchases the Building at 614 Kapahulu Avenue

HONOLULU, HAWAII (October 4, 2006) – Prudential Locations LLC, Hawaii’s largest locally owned real estate and research company, has purchased the building located at 614 Kapahulu Avenue, formerly occupied by Hawaiian Dredging, and intends to move its offices there in the coming months. The building was purchased from Okada Trucking Co. Ltd for $8.2 million in September.

“We are very confident this will be a great investment for us” says Bill Chee, CEO and President of Prudential Locations. “We have always wanted to have our offices in a building that we own, and we are happy to have found a property perfect for our needs.”

Prudential Locations offices are currently located in Kaimuki, at 3465 Waialae Avenue. In addition to housing its own offices, Prudential Locations will lease out parts of the 33,000 square foot building.
